Production Stock Items: 7 working days Depending on the inventory.
Production on Custom Colors: 15 to 21 working days depend of the details of the request.
Artisan Custom Glass Colors Service: $5 per piece minimum $25 set up per order
Each Glass piece has Set Up Cost of $7.50 for energy costs and material cost increase
Custom Glass Shape: If you wish to order a glass with a specific shape please send the details

Machine Polish Finish: Cristal Clear finish on the back of the sculptures
Cancelations: Labor and material cost used to that point will be billed.
PMS Color Matching: There are color options in the glass but they cannot be
matched with the PMS color chart
Bases: 90% of our bases are produced in our workshop in Clermont Florida.
Rush Service: Available on most products (add charge apply) Please contact Customer Service
for quotation. In custom orders, rush orders are not recommended since many times you have
to do tests for better results.
Delivery: Delivery Time from 1 to 6 Business days depend of the zone (see map on the bottom).
All shipping times are for business days only. Business days include weekdays Monday through
Friday excluding Holidays. We use different delivery carriers (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, USPS)
