Harmony reflects balance in its materiality and the visual components of how these pieces are assembled together. The piece is centered, bringing a rooted presence that stays grounded while the intricate detailing of the metal pillars convey an entanglement in movement. Leading the eye upwards to the center of the piece, the colors reflect the symmetry within the glass and the metal patterns. In bold blues, oranges, and yellows, the glass structure forms an inward cyclical movement, molding into itself as it establishes stillness in its center. This evolving nature of Harmony is chaotic but contained, revealing flashes of an array of differences in texture and form. Through the enmeshment of colors and intricacies, the fragmented nature of our societies is represented on a micro perspective. Stepping back to observe the piece from a larger point of view, the pieces compose an assemblage, taking shape by coming together in strength and unity.
Harmony reflects the coming together of these energies, forging a relationship between peace and divergence, coming together to make a whole.
