Term and Condition

• Legal Notice and User Agreement: These terms govern all aspects of interaction between Dax Art Studio / Sundax Florida / Daxel Lopez and its clients regarding the creation and delivery of custom awards and artworks.
  
  
• Order Confirmation: Clients are required to provide final approval of the custom design, including all details such as text, logos, and artwork, through a signed order confirmation document. This approval is necessary to proceed with production.
  
  
• Deposit and Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the production process. The balance must be paid upon completion of the order but before shipping. Details of the deposit percentage and acceptable payment methods are specified at the time of order.
  
  
• Production Timeline: The expected timeline from design approval to shipment will be clearly outlined. This timeline includes any factors that could influence the schedule, such as client response times or approval delays.
  
  
• Changes and Cancellations: Stages at which changes are permissible, and their associated costs, are specified. A cutoff point will be defined beyond which no changes are allowed. Our cancellation policy includes fees for any work already completed.
  
  
• Proofs and Samples: We provide digital or physical proofs upon request. Conditions under which these proofs are provided and costs for additional proofs beyond the initially agreed number will be detailed.
  
  
• Delivery and Shipping: Delivery methods, expected delivery dates, and responsibilities for shipping costs will be specified. This section also covers handling of delays and damages during shipping.
  
  
• Quality Guarantee and Returns: We guarantee the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Our return and replacement policies for defective or non-conforming goods will be clearly stated, noting that custom items generally cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  
  
• Intellectual Property: All designs, especially custom artworks, remain the property of Dax Art Studio. Terms include the use of client logos and indemnification against copyright or trademark infringement.
  
  
• Liability Limitation: Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client, excluding any indirect damages such as those resulting from event cancellation.
  
  
• Force Majeure: A force majeure clause exempts both parties from fulfilling their obligations under unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters or other significant disruptions.
  
  
• Legal Compliance: All products will comply with applicable regulations and standards. Compliance details are included within these terms to ensure transparency and accountability.
  
  
• Dispute Resolution: Dispute resolution methods, whether by arbitration, mediation, or jurisdiction in a specific court, are clearly specified.
  
  
• Privacy and Security: We commit to protecting the security of the personal information provided by our clients. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
  
  
• Prohibitions and Rights: Reproduction of content from Dax Art Studio without proper authorization is prohibited. The artisan retains all rights to the intellectual property, including designs and artworks.
  
  
• Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. All claims and disputes will be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orlando, Florida.
  
  
• Design Attribution: 95% of our pieces are designed by Daxel Lopez at Dax Art Studio, Clermont, Florida.
